Eleodoro Romero

Portrait of "Eleodoro Romero Salcedo" (Lambayeque, 1855-Lima, 1931). Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of San Marcos (1883). He was a professor of Law and History before becoming dean of the Law School (1915-1918). He fought in the battle of Miraflores during the war with Chile. Among various important government positions, he was a senator, Dean of the Bar Association and ambassador to the Holy Seat.
