I worked/ I made 3 tripps [trips]/ in the Morning/ and 5 at Night/ on my 1008 P. M./ tripp [trip] at 1125 when/ going West at Albany/ Ave My Driver/ J McCarthy hit one/ of the Horses fell/ down I do not think/ it hurt the Horse/ but still I do not/ know Witness/ J Maloy 1547/ Fillmore Ave/ M Morris/ 1479 W. Polk St
