Emerging Creative: Taz Watson

Taz Watson is a jewellery designer and gemmologist from Cape Town, South Africa. She comes from a family of gemmologist and received her formal training from the Gemological Institute of America, graduating in 2015. She founded her brand KiiRA Jewellery in 2018 by sharing her work on Instagram, which would soon open doors for her and lead to officially registering the business. KiiRA Jewellery prides itself on keeping every aspect of the business both sustainable and African, from sourcing to manufacturing and packaging.
