Ingredients: 80g white chocolate powder, 20g almond powder, 10g brown sugar, 10g chili powder, 5g black pepper power, 10ml brandy, 1 vanilla stem, some powdered sugar
Method:
1. Liquefy chocolate powder then separately fuse in different flavors from the ingredients.
2. Shape flavored chocolates in molds to form sea shells then plate and sprinkle powdered sugar.
