Environmental Education - Terrinhas Project

Students from the elementary schools in the region of Rio Doce Valley take part in several programs of Environmental Education developed by Instituto Terra, one of them being the “Terrinhas Project”, awarded by Unesco, having the support of Natura in the first phase and Vale in the second. The program is focused on training young environmental monitors, who multiply the environmental knowledge to the school community creating a great power of transformation among their families.
