Composition in gray tones, earthy, green, blue, ochre, white, red, yellow and rose. Smooth texture in the background and with thick strokes marked on the field area. Armed scarecrow in the field of lanscape, against gray background. In the foreground, to the right of center, stake high at the end of which is armed a scarecrow. At the top, the head is tilted to the left with flowing hair suggestion. The horizontal beam forming a cross, the arms are scarecrow covered with drapery suggesting that flowing flaps, which descends by the horizontal beam dividing in two the height of the legs. In the background, on the left, cultivated field, seeing three curved figures as if they were working on the ground, a front woman figure carrying something on the head and another woman sitting in profile to the right with his legs apart seeming to be holding something on the lap. The figures are dressed in white and do not have the facial features represented. On the right in kind of pasture, two oxen lying 3/4 on the left. Gray background clearing up the skyline where you see hills in the distance and on the left two flying birds.
