    Colonial Secretary's Office Sydney 22nd July 1841 Sir, With reference to your letter of the 12th May last on the subject of the Establishment of a Market at Melbourne, I am directed by His Excellency the Governor to inform you that a notification of His Excellency's approval of the same will appear in the next Government Gazette but in which the Boundaries of the Wards are not stated, as they are proposed only in the letter from the Police Magistrate to you of the 12th May last- His Excellency
