This mural condemns US intervention in Guatemala. In a photographic reproduction of the mural (in Juan Guzmán's private archive), the muralist writes a sarcastic message to its protagonist: the US Secretary of State, John Foster Dulles, who was one of the main advocates of the international fight against communism.
