Another Triassic pterosaur, Eudimorphodon ranzii, is best known for its 114 specialized teeth: Large fangs jut from the front of the jaws; behind them lie rows of small teeth with multiple cusps, or points. This arrangement is unique among pterosaurs, and it may have been especially useful for catching and crushing fish.
