Evening dress

Black silk chiffon evening dress trimmed with a deep beaded fringe. Low square neck and short kimono sleeves. High waist, emphasised by a draped sash in self material with trailing ends. Draped over-skirt and the underskirt is gathered in at the ankle. Lined with black satin. On the wide moiré waistband is a label handwritten with 'Miss Firbank'.
