Gold synthetic damask wedding dress that was later altered by ‘Anna’ of Leeds to become a strapless evening dress. The dress has a metal zip to the left side and has two false pocket flaps at the hips. There is a V shape dip at the centre front of the bodice. The waistlline is piped and there is a vandyked detail in the construction at the top of the skirt. The train of the long full skirt was cut off and used to make a bodice or jacket. The jacket is waist length and fastns with five faux pearl buttons and loops. It has shoulder pads and pleats to shape it at the bust.
