Evening gown in deep blue silk satin; full-length; sleeveless; wide rounded neckline, slight peak center front, framed by single channels finishing as tendril points, plunging U-back neckline; trapunto channels paralleling fitted natural waist seam, gently curving toward shoulders; channeled petal-shaped hip yoke; two-panel flared skirt, shirred center back bustle-effect; proper left side zipper closure; unlined. Stamped on underarm zipper pull: Elair. Attributed to Jean Dessès.
