Executive Order No. 14168

Executive Order 14168 (2025), is a poem from an anthology of poems called Unconditional Possible Girl that Lynne Jones wrote as part of her master’s degree research – “A heuristic inquiry into becoming a kink-aware therapist working with transgender and gender diverse clients.” Lynne wrote this poem after the Trump administration issued the executive order “defending women from gender ideology, extremism and restoring biological truth to the federal government.” The order withdraws federal recognition from transgender people in the USA. In April 2025 the UK seems to be following suit.
