Exemplary Accomplishments of the Monarch: Book of King Sejong

This is a history book which compiled the exemplary achievements of preceding kings of Joseon Dynasty. The collection housed in the National Palace Museum is a specially organized version to be enshrined in the spirit chamber where spirit tablets of previous kings are housed. It is the only existent copy in Korea, produced in a format similar to that of The Royal Protocols of the Joseon Dynasty. The cover of the book is wrapped with cloth and bound with inscribed metal patterns.
