"Igor Cayres, has been a leading name in the country's cultural production for over two decades, thanks to his academic training, master in cultural and artistic management in Paris, France (INSEEC.U) and for the work developed with his mother. He is the son of the renowned Bahian cultural and anthropologist producer, Beth Cayres, creator of the Percussive World Panorama - PercPan, (twenty-two editions held), who was victimized by cancer in April 2019. And it was in “pain” and in mourning that he created the Artemisa Project, in 2019, which creates a space for awareness of prevention through visual arts.
