Booklet with mat board covers contains 14 pages of Office of Education Section Exhibit Plan blueprints. Paper letters stapled to front and back of several sheets. Publication is fastened with three metal clasps. Title page reads: "DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR OFFICE OF EDUCATION SECTION EXHIBIT PLANS / by Alden B.
