Expedition 43 Russian Cosmonaut Gennady Padalka of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) dons his Russian sokol suit ahead of his launch onboard the Soyuz TMA-16M spacecraft to the International Space Station with fellow crew mates, NASA Astronaut Scott Kelly, and Russian Cosmonaut Mikhail Kornienko Friday, March 27, 2015 in Baikonor, Kazakhstan.
