Expedition 8 Commander and NASA Science Officer Mike Foale talks to a colleague on his cell phone from his Cosmonaut Hotel crew quarters in Baikonur, Kazakhstan Oct. 15, 2003 as he continues prelaunch preparations for his launch on Oct. 18 on a Soyuz TMA-3 vehicle to the International Space Station.
