Exposition Universelle de 1889, Société des Pastellistes

An exhibition pavillion decorated with ornate carvings on the exterior walls. Above the entrance is a carved sign for the "Societe de Pastellistes Francais" with a French flag waving above it. There are flagpoles with various flags on each corner of the roof. Two men are standing on the stairs leading to the entrance and a wheelchair is parked at the base of the stairs.
