The building of the Narona Archaeological Museum is the award-winning work of architect Goran Rako and his architectural studio Radionica arhitekture from Zagreb. The building was built above the archaeological site, and inside it the remains of a Roman temple are presented as well as parts of the curia and the portico. Outside of the building on the southern outer terrace, the room that was decorated with multi-colored mosaic is presented. The area in front of the building and the roof terrace serve as a lapidary with exposed stone findings.
