Saar is artistically inspired by investigations of the metaphysical world, and other intangible areas of knowledge. This is a piece from her tantra series. The work is made from a tray, and depicts two columns of six eyes in each, with sun and moon elements below and above the columns. It is ornate with its use of gold foil. The eyes confront the viewer and question their perception and interpretation of the piece. The turquoise and gold contrast each other, and the color combination is seen traditionally in tantric art.
