The short story collection titled Délutáni Álom (Afternoon Nap) was written by Géza Csáth and was published in 1911 by the Nyugat folyóirat és kiadóhivatal (Nyugat Journal Publishing Company).

The book was a part of a series of books titled “A Nyugat-könyvei” (Books of Nyugat), the title of the series can be seen on the cover of the book. The design of the series was made by Elek Falus graphic artist, whose name can be read at the bottom of the page as “E Falus”. Elek falus achieved success by working for Nyugat, but later he also became popular as a designer of flats and interiors, and as a universal handicraftsman. The development of English and German book printing technology and binding art was of crucial importance regarding the typographical development in Hungary at the turn of the century. The title page, which can be seen in the picture, is characterized by Art Nouveau graphic and typography. The design of Falus, who has studied at Munich and London, is decorative but also frugal. The green, blue and yellow tendril and flower patterns on the black background are fresh and lively but still very simple. The "Nyugat" inscription fits in the middle of the design both harmonically and rhythmically.

Csáth Géza Délutáni álom című novelláskönyve 1911-ben jelent meg a Nyugat folyóirat és kiadóhivatal gondozásában. A kötet a „A Nyugat-könyvei” könyvsorozat része volt, a sorozatcím a könyvfedélen olvasható. A sorozat arculattervét Falus Elek grafikus az oldal alján „Falus E.” felirattal jegyzi. Falus Nyugattal kapcsolatos sikerei után tért át színpadi tervezésre, népszerűvé vált, mint lakások, enteriőrök tervezője, mint egyre univerzálisabb tevékenységű iparművész. Magyarországon a századforduló tipográfiájának fejlődésében nagy szerepet játszott az angol valamint a német nyomdatechnika és könyvművészet fejlődése. A képen látható címlapot a szecessziós grafika és tipográfia jellemzi. A Münchenben, Londonban tanult Falus takarékosan felhasznált dekoratív elemekkel dolgozott. A fekete alapnyomáson elhelyezkedő zöld, kék, sárga színű indák és virágminták frissek, elevenek, de amellett igen egyszerűek. A „Nyugat” felirat harmonikusan, ritmikusan illeszkedik a rajzolat közepébe is.
