This pilang was kept in the baithak of the residence of the former sarpanch. The webbing was intricately woven with geometric patterns that was specifically called a shakkarpara design. Cotton ropes of two colours were used to create this design. Such intricate webbing is woven specially by skilled craftspeople and not by the owners themselves.
