Circular feather cape with concave neck border, longer convex lower border and two straight sided edges which meet in front. Fastened by plaited fibre ties at corner of neck border. Cape made of netting of fine mesh made with Olona cord. Outside covered completely with feathers tied to the net meshes by Olona thread. Design, in feathers, of black crescent in centre on a background of mainly yellow feathers with some red interspersed. Neck border finished off in alternating bars of red, yellow and black. Worn by chiefs as part of their full dress uniform.
