Festivalius

Festivalius is an artistically gifted dwarf. You can find him in the Staromiejski (Old Town) Park next to the Wrocław Puppet Theatre on Teatralna Street. His name refers to the 10th Wrocław Dwarf Festival, a large cultural and artistic event that usually lasts three days. Entire families take part in it. Every year, the Festival opens with the Great Parade of Dwarves, a colourful procession travelling through the city streets.
