Fragment of a marble sculpture found in Tarragona in the 19th century. Part of the plinth is preserved and contains an inscription dedicated to the River Ebro. Next to it is the right foot of the male statue that would have been the river’s personification. In the Hellenic tradition rivers were divinities and were represented by human figures.
