Kneeling masculine figure, whose bodyupper and lower limbs and back -is crawling with undulating snakes. The person is turning his head violently towards the back, resting it on his crossed arms, adopting a posture which makes him appear disjointed. A piece of fabric covers the lower part of the body to the thighs. The forced posture of the figure is a similar to a coiled snake, something which is reminiscent of the myth of the origin of the Dogon, when death did not exist and at an advanced age people were transformed into reptiles. It would be hazardous to give a definitive affirmation regarding the symbolism and utility of the piece, since more information on this is not available.
