The mouldmade figurine portrays the
goddess seated on a cylindrical
plinth. Her left leg is raised with the
foot resting on her right knee, a position
variously interpreted as 'rubbing her
foot with a pumice stone' (see Durugönül
2009, pp. 107-116) or 'tying her sandal'
(Kepçe-Gerçeker 2011, p. 176, no. 99).
She is wearing a tall stephane on her
head. Her necklace, earrings, arm bands,
bracelets and ankle band are indicated.
Both the crown and jewellery are eastern
in style. There is an amphora on either
side of the plinth. Her right foot is broken.
There is a similar figurine of the goddess,
this time clothed, in Silifke Museum (see
Durugönül 2009, p. 116, fig. 2).
