The poster made with the cut and paste technique, features the male and female lead and the main negative leads. Majority of the space is covered by a photographic cut out of the lead characters Raju (Rajendra Kumar) and Rachna (Babita). In the diagonally positioned half-length image, Rachna is standing dressed in a heavily embellished blouse, skirt , veil and jewellery. Both are hands are on her left waist. Raju is standing next to her, dressed in a kurta and his body is slightly bent backwards. His left hand is on Rachna's left shoulder and his right hand is stretched out, as he looks at Rachan with a jolly look on his face. Towards the bottom left corner are bust length images of the characters Diwan Mahendranath (Pran) and Ramesh (Prem Chopra). Towards the top left corner, the names of the lead actors are printed in Devanagari in a diagonal fashion as 'Rajendra Kumar', next line; 'Babita', next line; 'Prem Chopra', next line; 'Pran'. Below the names, the banner and the film's title are printed in Devanagari as 'M.K. Productions Krit', next line; 'Anjaana'. Right below the film's title in Devanagari is the film's title in English and a little towards the right, 'Eastmancolor' is printed in Devanagari. Along the bottom border, more credits are printed in Devanagari as 'Lekhak, Nirmata, Nirdeshak Mohan Kumar' (Writer, Producer, Director Mohan Kumar) , 'Sangeet Laxmikant Pyarelal' (Music Laxmikant Pyarelal).
