Film poster for the Hindi film 'Desh Premee' (The Patriot), released in the year 1982.

The poster, made with the cut and paste technique using photographic cut outs, features multiple characters from the film. The central focus is taken by an image of the patriot Master Dinanath/ Raju (Amitabh Bachchan) in which he has barbed wires and ropes wound around his head, face and chest area. Around this image, the rest of the characters have been arranged. The peripheral area around Amitabh Bachchan's central image is divided into seven sections through barbed wires extending from the image. To the left of the image is a cut out of the character Master Dinanath and Asha, played by Hema Malini. The next section above this image shows the don of the Punjabi community from the slum, Shamsher Singh, played by Shammi Kapoor. The section above him shows an image of Don, played by Prem Chopra. The section next to him shows the image of the villainous character Sher Singh, played by Kader Khan. Next to him is the image of another main negative lead Thakur Pratap Singh, played by Amjad Khan. The next image below him is the image of the Madrasi Don from the slum, Puthu Anna, played by Premnath. In the last section is an image of Master Dinanath's wife Bharati, played by Sharmila Tagore and overlapping with her image is another image of the character Raju, played by Amitabh Bachchan. On the bottom right corner is an image of the villains Sher Singh (Kader Khan) and Thakur Pratap Singh (Amjad Khan) man-handling the Raju (Amitabh Bachchan), holding him by his hair. To the left of this image,
the producer and film title are printed as 'MANMOHAN DESAI'S', next line; 'Desh', next line; 'Premee'. Along the bottom border, the rest of the film credits are printed as 'DIRECTOR : MANMOHAN DESAI', 'MUSIC: LAXMIKANT PYARELAL', 'LYRICS: ANAND BAKSHI'. On the extreme top in the left half, the banner's name is printed as 'A FILM BY', next line; 'S.S. MOVIETONE'.
