The beautifully hand-painted poster shows the main duo of the film, soul-bound friends Ramu and Mohan, where Ramu is a crippled young boy and Mohan is a blind young boy, both struck and brought together by their ill-fated histories. In the centre of the frame, Ramu is sitting on the road, playing a harmonica, with his crutches kept next to him. The character is played by Sushil Kumar. Mohan is standing next to him holding his walking stick. The character is played by Sudhir Kumar. Both the characters are dressed in a kurta and dhoti (loincloth). In the background, some spectators can be seen. On the top area of the poster, from the left, first comes the logo of Rajshree Prodcutions, followed by text reading 'Rajshree Productions (Pvt) Ltd.
