"first film" of Otto Lilienthal's flights

Lilienthal's flights were never filmed, because film hardly existed yet. But the photos of the “flying man” went around the world and helped to draw worldwide attention to Lilienthal’s experiments. These photographs have become icons of the world's history. The Dutch filmmaker and pilot Johannes Hogebrink combined these pictures to the "first film of the first flying man".
