This rare second draft, printed by Dunlap and Claypoole, of the United States Constitution from the Committee of Style is one of only fifteen surviving copies. This document has handwritten notes from South Carolina delegate Pierce Butler. His notations show that even in the final week of the Convention, delegates still needed to resolve many issues, including the presidential veto, the congressional power of taxation, and the method of ratifying and amending the Constitution.
