The Lord Buddha is seated in padmasana displaying vakhyana mudra. He is accompanied by five monks. It shows the arrival of saints they now stand to save the sinners. The Buddha wears a red pamshukula chivara or the patch-work sanghati prescribed in the Vinaya.
