First Stamp of Pakistan

The motif of the crescent and star with a leafy pattern designed by the well known Pakistani artist A.R. Chughtai and approved by Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the stamp carried the slogan “Pakistan Zindabad” (long live Pakistan).
