The popularity of Oribe Ware went into sharp decline as a result of the change in the ruler’s taste and that of the times, and transforming into light-green Ofukei ware with a gentle shape. Representative examples are such as dishes (shaped like an oak leaf, a chrysanthemum flower, a rhombus, etc.), mukōzuke (side dishes), and sangide-style vases.
