Rituals of remembering like the one this fictitious character engaged in during the "Honoring" metanarrative can be a way to process the past to fertilize a preferred flower of a future black Tulsans may have the opportunity to hold. The massacre can not stop the fireproof legacy of Black Wall Street that is rising from the ashes.
