The Art Museum RIGA BOURSE
Riga, Latvia

The work is based on a painting by the Dutch artist Jan van Huysum (1682–1749) and represents one of the characteristic directions of Richard Earlom's work, namely the reproduction of Old Masters. A gorgeous baroque-style bouquet of flowers combined with a fruit composition that partially covers the vase decorated with antique dancer figures. In the foreground on the left side of the table, Earlom has engraved the name of Jan van Huysum.
