Padalka (partially obscured), Expedition 9 commander, and astronaut Edward M. (Mike) Fincke, NASA ISS science officer and flight engineer, through a familiarization session with the Mobile Service System (MSS) and hands-on experience with the Canadarm2, or Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS) in the Destiny laboratory of the International Space Station (ISS).
