Small round wooden food bowl curved by a craftsman from the wood of mchongwe tree cut using an axe and hollowed using a special tool called ukombo. The hole on the handle is for attaching a string to hang the bowl up and was made using an awl-like tool called lughumba. It is used by all the members of a family for eating food.
