Forming a Community of Fishing Industry

The diving work has a strong characteristic of being a group effort. One can't just jump into the sea to catch the sea produce. It strictly follows a pre-arranged regulation and law. Furthermore, when they are diving, one does not do it alone and the work would be carried out as a group. When they are faced with a certain kind of difficulty, they could respond and rise to the occasion together as a group.
