Frank Mills's Mountain Ash Cap

Frank Mills was an outstanding froward for Wales in the 1890s. First capped in 1892 in this match, he was part of the first Welsh team to win the Triple Crown in 1893. Frank played for Wales 13 times. Mills first started playing his rugby for Mountain Ash and then went on to Swansea and Cardiff.
