After joining the Westport Masonic Lodge in 1908, Truman remained a very active Mason. He eventually founded the Grandview Lodge in 1911. This ribbon is embossed with "Grand Lodge, A.F.&A.M. of Missouri, 112th Annual Communication, St. Louis, MO., Sept. 27, 28, 29, 1932." The bronze medallion reads "George Washington Bicentennial, 1732-1932."
