Red, white, and blue float in 1953 May Day Parade on Main Street in Moscow, with a red star on a white field on front of the float. Red star has a black chain attaching it to a metal shape near the bottom of the float, with what appears to be a green shoot with leaves on it below the metal shape. The bed of the float has some type of red frame on it (gallows?) with a gold hammer and sickle on top. Behind the red frame appears to be a blue pole with red diamonds on it and a red, white, and blue pom-pom on top. Behind this is a black panel with white dots painted on it like rivets, and in small text it appears to read "Made in Siberia". Text on the side of the float may read as "The Ma.... Stands in Freedom's Land". Part of the text is obscured by a man walking next to the float. Building in background located at 112 North Main, with people lining the street.
