Fresco with Gentil Virginio Orsini

Fresco which was removed, depicting Gentil Virginio's horse ride across the feud of Bracciano as captain of the army of Ferdinand of Aragon. On the opposite side Virginio Orsini greets in Bracciano the young Piero de' Medici followed by the Florentine court. The artwork painted by Antoniazzo Romano and his assistants at the entrance to the court of honor was detached and transferred inside the castle in the 1960's.
