Frog in water, Acadia National Park, Maine

The most common frog species are American bullfrog and green frog. Their tadpoles can often be seen along the edge of Acadia’s lakes and ponds. Gray tree frogs, pickerel frogs, spring peepers, and wood frogs are the other species that can be seen in wetlands throughout the park.
