- Transcript:Police Department, Superintendents Office Benalla Nov 4 1880Memo: The Execution of the convict Kelly having been fixed for 11th next. I would recommend as I have already done verbally, that the Stations as per margin be temporarily strengthened, and request that the necessary police be sent for that purpose It will be as well that the constables should arrive at the different stations not later than Tuesday evening 9th next.
