From elBullirestaurant to elBullifoundation

elBullifoundation is a private foundation, with a family structure, created by Ferran Adrià and his partner Juli Soler on February 7, 2013.

It was born from the need to transform the restaurant experience of Cala Montjoi into a vision of the future supported mainly in the promotion of innovation and creativity through the language of the kitchen, to maintain and protect the legacy and spirit of elBulli.
