Saeed Al Madani sees himself mostly as an inquisitive observer. Is the self-made in the image of a place? And what happens at the end of a sentence? His process of making involves mobility and labour as seen in From one space to another and From page to…, but also examines the boundaries of printmaking today as reflected in Blueprint through repetition, seriality and permutation of 3D-printed objects; suggesting a comprehensiveness of possibilities that could arise as a result of using one identical unit.
