Woman's silk and velvet consisting of:
(A) Bodice with standing collar; flounced neckline; large leg-o-mutton sleeves tapering from elbow to wrist have diagonal stripes of silk bordered by velvet and net; full blouse.
(B) Flared skirt has bottom flounce of matching net and stripes.
